Estimated Custom Bag Price
All the money paid to ovBag for the purchase of their products is secure. Below is an outline of costs you will incur:
Artwork Design Fee
It's great if you already have your own artwork. if you don't have a nice artwork, please send us your scanned rough drawings or ideas, then our designer can make a design for you for free.
Shipping Fee
This is the amount of money that you will pay for the transportation of your products from the factory to your doorstep. ovBag offers you the convenience of any kind.
Miscellaneous Fee
It is any other fees relating to taxes, service fees, penalties, and late fees. They are usually low-cost amounts.
Sample Product Fee
Pay a minimal amount in case you need a sample shopping bag. Well, this money is for a single sample, if it is one that you need. With several samples, you'll pay a bit more.
30% T/T Fee
You can decide to either pay the full amount or pay 30% of the full payment for the wholesale.
70% Final Fee
Complete your payment within a certain period and receive the products you ordered for.

Can I order bags with my owm design or specifications?
If you cannot find the right style or size from our product catalog, please send us the specifications and requirements of your dream bag including choice of fabric,logo or patern required to obtain a free quotation.
Alternatively, you can send us a sample bag and we will email you the quotation shortly after
Can I have a fre sample before placing an order?
We can make you a proof or send you free samples for reference before placing an order, please advise your postal address and courier account,such as DHL,UPS,TNT each one is ok! free samples wil be sent on request soon.
What is your artwork requirement?
Idealy, artwork requirements are originaly created from Ilustrator or Corel Drel Draw or in Ai format. Please also supply your art high-resolution PDF. To achieve optimal printing results, please provide us with the PMS colour code if your logo is other than white or black.
My order arrived and it is damaged! What now?
Make sure you contact our customer service as soon as possible to let us know what happened and we will help you along
How competitive are your prices?
Our prices are already very competitive as they’re sourced directly without the aid of a middleman or manufactured ourselves. However, if you spot any prices lower than ours, let us know and we’ll try to price-match.

deposit.Save in exceptional circumstances.Such as the
designs and requests etc.

Silk Screen printing, Hot-transfer printing, Flexo printing and ofset printing.
What are the payment options?
You can use Western Union, which has a lower fee, or PayPal if you can accept a slightly higher fee, but please note that for new customers, we only accept the 30% T/T of the payment, or if you have been with us for years and run into cash flow pressure, we do offer OA credit.
